Annie D Guest House is divided into two units in an elegant 1880 historical Vernacular Gothic style house, situated at the entrance of Eugene's fabled Skinner Butte Historical District. Our guesthouses are furnished with an eye towards warmth, humor and comfort with colorful rooms that exude life and vitality.

Suite A. Is an elegant town house. Sleeps four. Down stairs consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, parlor, and bathroom with its original claw foot tub. Upstairs begins with a cozy loft area featuring a queen size futon, a futon chair that folds into a child's bed, desk and chair, TV and DVD for entertainment pleasure. Also, a Victorian style bedroom with a king size bed and plush terry bathrobes for your comfort.

Suite B. Living space is on the ground floor. Sleeps 4. A beautiful bedroom decorated with an Asian flair with a queen size bed, plush terry bathrobes also apply. A second bedroom sports a "Number bed" for controlled comfort. A roomy living room furnished with a kidney shape sofa, wingback chairs, desk and chair, TV and DVD. Nice large kitchen with dinning area. Bath has an original claw foot tub with shower.
